Get help with a purchase decision, local data, reminders, or the KeepCheck Lifetime unlock. Your message goes directly to the developer.
Include the KeepCheck version and iOS version when reporting a problem. Do not send receipts, order numbers, payment details, or other sensitive purchase data.
A reminder did not appear
- Open the purchase and verify its recorded deadline and optional exact cutoff.
- Open KeepCheck Settings and confirm notification permission is On.
- Check iOS notification settings and Focus modes.
- Keep the in-app Decision Shelf as the authoritative list and verify the merchant’s policy directly.
Share a decision card
Open the purchase, choose the action menu, then choose Share decision card. The iOS share sheet lets you choose a compatible app. The card is an image with only the item name, category, status, decision amount, and recorded deadline or outcome; it excludes your receipt, product photo, merchant, notes, mood, trigger, and return details.
Export or delete data
Open KeepCheck Settings to export all records as JSON, including normalized saved-image bytes, or permanently delete local records and reminders. Deleting a record also removes its saved receipt attachment and product thumbnail. KeepCheck has no account or cloud backup, so deletion may be irreversible.
Current boundaries
Receipt recognition runs locally and never guarantees a merchant policy or saves for you. There is no iCloud sync, email import, bank connection, web account, cloud OCR, or automatic merchant-policy lookup. Different currencies are reported separately and are never silently converted.
About the website
This site has no support form, waitlist, tracking, application account, or database. Choosing the email link opens your own mail app; KeepCheck does not receive anything unless you decide to send a message. Your email provider then processes the message under its own terms.
